The Grow Room is situated 2 minutes from junction 14 of the M5 and the A38, we are easily accessible from all of Bristol and the surrounding areas. Located in Tortworth Business Park, the gym has easy access and plenty of parking at any time of day.
We are fully equipped and our excellent team are always on hand for guidance and advice.
Our long opening hours mean that everybody can access our facilities throughout the day.

As well as state of the art machines, we also have the classic equipment that you may struggle to find in other gyms. We are constantly looking to increase our inventory and invest in new equipment.
With brands such as Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Medx, Watson, Life Fitness, Eleiko and Texas. A fully stocked cardio facility and a range of training equipment, we also stock fresh, specialist ready meals and snacks, training accessories and supplements.
